caramel banana bread 焦糖香蕉蛋糕

It was really hot in Seattle these days. High 80s when I got home from work, crazy! Should I call this abnormal or back to normal?

Anyways, the 2 left over bananas ripen, left me no choice but to use it ASAP. Hmmm.....ripen banana, perfect for quick bread!
